I love Real Estate photography! After spending over thirty years as a licensed Real Estate agent, I transitioned away from the business of Real Estate about three years ago to pursue a lifelong hobby and passion; photography. Although I studied the art of photography several years ago in college, it didn't prepare me for the complexities involved in shooting architecture. It's a highly specialized discipline that requires a different set of skills when compared to other types of photography such as portrait  , nature, and wedding photography.

During the past three years, I've photographed well over 2,000 houses and businesses. I've photographed new homes for countless builders and developers. Companies such as Ryan, Centex, Putle, American Heritage, Mastercraft, Eagle Construction, and Stylecraft have used my photos for national advertising programs. My photos have also been featured with local Home Builder events such as HomeArama and Parade of Homes.

With my strong background in the business of Real Estate, I have an much deeper understanding of the relationship that exists between home seller and real estate agent. Part of my job is to strengthen that relationship. Sometimes it's done by producing great visuals, other times it's achieved by simply taking the time to connect with the seller.
